Property Caretaker Wanted

• We are looking for an engaged, meticulous, and self-sufficient property caretaker who wants to take care of our properties and create a pleasant living environment for our tenants.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and maintenance of properties and outdoor areas
• Simple repairs and maintenance work
• Gardening and ground maintenance
• Handling of fault reports and follow-up of measures
• Contact with tenants, suppliers, and contractors
• Control of technical installations
• Snow clearing and anti-icing as needed

• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Have a B driving license
